Start this great Puerto Plata Shore Excursion by meeting with your friendly guide just outside your Amber Cove Puerto Plata cruise ship pier. Climb aboard comfortable transportation for a short, 5-minute, ride to the Dune Buggy Excursion base camp. The buggy shore excursion camp is located on a private ranch, complete with lush, tropical vegetation, fun trails, and small streams!
Once you arrive, you will be matched up with your Buggy. You will be given brief instructions, but these off-road vehicles are very simple to drive. In fact, beginners are welcome and there's no license required to drive a buggy on this shore excursion. Also, the price is the same for one, or two riders so great for couples, automatic transmission buggies are also available (limited).
